Which tier is right for me?
We are more than happy to help you choose the correct plan for your monthly membership based on your skin health goals. Text or call 303.229.8292 to schedule a complimentary consult.
What if I can’t come every month?
Not a problem. Your mulla will simply roll over into next month.
Can I transfer my credits to a friend or family member?
Credits are for you and your goals and are non-transferrable. Ask about our referral program where both of you will benefit with a credit!
How and when will I get billed?
It’s super flexible. We can have it start the day you sign up or pick a specific date. Fees will be charged to the Member’s credit/debit card on file.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! Just give us a call or text at 303.229.8292.
Can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel the membership after the initial 6 month term by providing a written notice of at least 30 days.
No refunds will be issued for unused services or prepaid amounts upon cancellation.
The Member has the remainder of the notice period (30 days) to use remaining membership funds. After the 30 day cancellation term, any unused funds and benefits will be forfeited.
Membership will remain active until the end of the notice period, and all outstanding balances must be settled before cancellation is processed.
Can I pause my membership?
You can pause for up to 60 days with 30 days notice.
Can I use my product discount for online orders?
Yes! You will be provided with a unique code for online orders.
What can I use my membership funds for?
Any product or service! It’s your bank to use as you wish!
Can I do more than one treatment per month?
We love a good combo, so absolutely yes! The great thing about a beauty bank is that you can use your credits as you want and get all the additional discounts on multiple services.
What if I get pregnant?
First of all, congrats! We have several treatments that are mama safe. So you can keep shining while cooking a little one.
When can I use my free birthday Hydrafacial?
Use it anytime during your birthday month.
